What we do not understand is the tolls collected when exceeds the investment then these tolls should be stopped and perpetually you cannot collect tolls. Politicians and toll operators continuously keep collecting toll as if it is permanent collection centres. I do not see reasonableness and hence it affects Article 14 of fundamental rights of citizens. If citizens pay toll do you want to sat you should fleece him. What is the rule of law? Secondly, though the government collected more than what it spent on first creek bridge more than 3 to 4 times it did not renovate the bridge but today's condition of the bridge is created by government and i do not understand what do they mean by guardian minister when he is really not guarding the interests of people. How can you call that so called minister as guardian.Infact he should have initiated the process of ending the menace but he does not.
When BOTs are given and the fellows invested funds cannot earn more than 3.5% to 4% rate of interest and in fact they should spend moneys from their own surplus funds and bank funds that should hsve been a rider. They take loans from bankers who take deposits from depositors and lend the money and that means citizen depositors really give the money and in fact they (BOT) OPERATOR should hsave been disallowed loans from banks. In fact you circulate citizens deposits and you earn a lot of illegal earning from the tolls. then wjhat is the role of governments!
I think it is the job of guardian minister but so called guardians in the garb of guadians loot citizens.
Now people should file RTI cases before information commissioner and seek the correct spends on the so called creek bridges and what are the earnings of these so called toll coollectors and if they had collected more than the investments then immediately the tolls to be stopped in fsavour of the citizens.
